The Poconos Mountains are one big amusement park and activities are all over the 2400 square miles. Indian Mountain Lakes is located in the more western section of the Southern tier near Rt I-80 called the “Ski region”. Another Poconos region is the northern region we call the “lake region” along Rt I-84 with no major ski resorts, but more and bigger lakes.
